2022 has started positively for us with 2 runners at Ayr yesterday. First up was Tough Out making his debut under National Hunt rules. He jumped and travelled really well and stayed on up the long home straight just to be caught on the line to finish third. He is a lovely big young horse who should make a really nice staying chaser in time. He runs for the High Country Racing syndicate which has spaces available.

In the next race we had Dunnottar Castle in the 2 mile 4 furlong handicap hurdle. Although he finished down the field, we were pleased as he has had back problems and he been associating jumping with pain. He has had an operation and his jumping was good so he is learning all the time.

Congratulations to Jess who won Best Turned Out with Tough Out

The best turned out being prepared! The expert at work!
