On Sunday we had Lovely Schtuff and Bright Prospect at Kelso. Lovely Schtuff made his debut over chase fences and Bright Prospect ran in the Borders National.

Lovely Schtuff started off keenly, settled after the second fence and continued to jump well throughout. It was a pleasing run for his first outing and he finished up in 5th. Bright Prospect also ran a good race. He was up with the pace and jumped fantastically, but probably didn’t see out the 4 miles. Nevertheless both horses returned in one piece and we will look to run them again soon.

Everything else is going well, just trying to battle through the cold and darker days that come with winter!
