This week we welcomed a new arrival to Conglass – Betty. She is a 4 year old, dark bay filly who has settled in very well and has a very sweet character. She will currently be owned by Patrick but it is likely shares or other forms of ownership will be available for her once she has got going. She is broken and will be aiming to do a bumper soon. There is also sales at the end of the month (21st, 22nd and 23rd) so if anyone has an interest in becoming an owner or creating a new club we would be happy to chat about options and/or look out for horses at the sales.
Unfortunately, we also received some sad news this week that one of our founding members of Northern Lights Racing, Alistair Pirie, passed away. He had a keen interest in racing, also having a share of Bright Prospect, and loved horses in general. He was a founding member of local business, Norvite, as well as being heavily involved in a variety of local community activities. We wish his family all the best at this difficult time.
