Flat racing started up again yesterday and it looks like Newcastle did a fantastic job of starting the flat season off. Its great to have racing back on with new rules in place ensuring the safety of all involved. For us, its looking like Perth will likely be our first meeting, which is scheduled for July 21st. Looking forward to getting some of our summer jumpers back out to a great track and resuming some kind of new normality.

In light of the news regarding the return of racing, we have brought a few more horses back into work who have been on holiday since March. Whoa Black Betty, Scullys Forge and Schiehallion Ridge are now in light work to slowly build them up for later on in the summer. Kilfinan Bay, The Great Georgie, Lovely Schtuff, Wolfcatcher, Drogon and Amilliontimes are all in work and hopefully looking to run as soon as possible and throughout summer.

Aberdeenshire has enjoyed some lovely weather of recent, although a colder patch is due. This has been nice for the horses as they are being regularly turned out and have enjoyed the sun on their backs.

We hope everyone is keeping well and staying safe in these strange times.
